I'm a Senior Specialist in Learning and Development at Organon, where I build learning for R&D and regulatory teams: self-paced journeys that teach regulatory frameworks, an AI guide for regulated documentation work, and interactive multimedia modules designed to be finished — not just assigned. The work below is real and live; one piece is a design study, and it's labeled as one.
Five self-paced journeys on Learn2Grow teaching regulatory frameworks to R&D teams — from Real-World Evidence to Patient Advocacy. Nobody has to take them, and 1,000+ employees have completed at least one.
A practical guide that helps staff use AI appropriately in regulated documentation work — supporting documentation processes, compliance tracking, accuracy, and audit readiness. Featured in Organon's companywide AI newsletter.
Interactive, multimedia-rich modules built with Articulate Rise, Powtoon, 7taps, and Kahoot — using interaction and AI-personalized content to increase engagement and retention.
A design study — a concept I mapped out, not a delivered program. A blended onboarding journey with systems setup, regulatory foundations, mentor checkpoints, knowledge checks, and a Kirkpatrick-style measurement plan.
Good learning in a regulated environment starts with a training-needs analysis, not a course catalog. I work with stakeholders to find the actual gap, ground the design in adult learning theory, and build content people choose to finish — then I pay attention to whether it worked. Voluntary completion is the metric I trust most: if people didn't have to take it and did anyway, the learning earned its place.
